All new clients are required to pay prior to the commencement of any work

Existing clients will be invoiced on a monthly basis with all charges itemised accordingly for that month

Work is charged in 5 minute increments and does not include additional expenses incurred (i.e. postage, shipping etc.)

The rate excludes 17% VAT and is valid from 1 August, 2017

Rush projects will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a 20% rush order fee

Travel time is charged at a rate of 20 minutes each way and is based in Canton de Luxembourg (LU). Clients living in another Canton can contact us, but rates may vary depending on the location

We are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 7.30pm and Saturdays from 9am to 4pm
